What Dr. Tutty offers today, and where to read more about each service.

Aspyre Psychology

Dr. Tutty sees clients through his practice, Aspyre Psychology, at 353 Lexington Avenue in Manhattan.

The practice does two kinds of work: evaluations for children, teens and young adults who are struggling at school or with development, and neuropsychological evaluations for adults (and some children) after an injury that is the subject of a legal claim. Below is a short overview. Each service has its own page on the Aspyre site with the full details.

For children, teens and young adults (ages 5–22)

A comprehensive educational and neuropsychological evaluation looks at how a young person thinks, learns, pays attention, remembers, and manages emotion. It is used to answer questions like "Is this ADHD or anxiety?", "Why is a bright child failing reading?" or "Does she qualify for a 504 plan or an IEP?"

For injured adults and their attorneys

A personal injury neuropsychological evaluation measures what changed after an injury, compared with how the person was doing before it, and what treatment is most likely to help. The written report is prepared for counsel, the court and rehabilitation providers.

How an evaluation runs

Consultation

A free 15-minute call or video meeting to decide whether an evaluation is the right step.

Testing day

Testing is done in person, in a single full day at the Lexington Avenue office.

Feedback and report

Results are reviewed in person or by video. The written report is typically ready within 2–3 weeks.

Fees and insurance

Fees follow a three-tier structure. The practice does not bill insurance directly, but provides paid invoices with insurance codes that clients can submit for reimbursement. See fees for details.

Not offered: custody, parenting or other divorce-related evaluations. Teen therapy is considered case by case.
